Based on the analysis above, there is no discrenible relationship latitude and cloudiness. Cloud formation is dependent on water vapor presence and temperature. As such, similar to humidity, it would make more sense to investigate the relationship between cloudiness and temperature, as opposed to cloudiness and latitude.
